Partaking in Dry January? Or maybe you’re part of the 29% of millennials who are choosing not to drink alcohol?
The increase in people shunning alcohol as a lifestyle choice has led to a rise in low and non-alcoholic drinks because there’s only so much fizzy squash anyone can drink.
ConeTech is the Californian-based company that can take some of your favourite wines and spin them into a low-calorie, low-alcohol drink. The company initially started with the intention of using technology to enable wine makers to create consistent wines regardless of the year it was made, to preserve the consistency of the product.
It’s since branched out into removing alcohol from wines to create low-alcohol, what it calls lifestyle, wines, and zero-alcohol wines.
