Pear & Passion Fruit Lollies

These ice lollies are super easy to make, it taste like summer in a lollie. What is so nice about them is they don’t have alcohol in them. I made them with Lautus Savvy White – a de-alcoholised white wine. Perfect for summer entertainment without the guilt.

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup water

½ cup sugar

1 pear peeled and corked – cut up in blocks

1 tin of passion fruit

1 cup Lautus Savvy White

METHOD:

Put the sugar, water and Lautus Savvy White into a saucepan, add the cut pear and bring to a simmer for approximately 5 minutes until the pear is nice and soft. Pour the mixture into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add the passion fruit, mix well and pour into the ice lollie molds. Freeze them for 4-6 hours until frozen.
